LOS ANGELES, January 18, 2018 – Hillsides, a Southern California mental health and foster care charity, has appointed Correnda Perkins, a licensed clinical social worker, as its division chief of Transition-Aged Services. In this position, Perkins supervises the Youth Moving On (YMO) program, which offers a continuum of support services for transition-aged youth 16 – 25 that includes a Peer Resource drop-in center, housing services, and workforce development.

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 20, 2017 - Actor Robert Patrick of the CBS show “Scorpion” and some 125 fellow riders from the Boozefighters Motorcycle Club Chapter 101 took part in a toy ride this weekend for Hillsides, a foster care charity. The riders rode from Santa Clarita to Hillsides main campus in Pasadena with several truckloads of holiday toys for the children and families Hillsides, with its affiliate Bienvenidos, serves.

LOS ANGELES, December 11, 2017 -- This holiday season, Hillsides, a Southern California mental health and foster care charity, has collaborated with Starbucks to place holiday toy collection boxes in 63 Starbucks stores throughout the San Gabriel Valley. The boxes will be in selected stores from December 8 - 11 through Christmas, and customers are encouraged to drop off unwrapped toys at any participating Starbucks.
