Charity Urges Community to Participate to See if They Can ‘Be The Match’

(PASADENA, CA) The Los Angeles charity Hillsides, headquartered in Pasadena, has expanded its blog to include wellness topics and community resources.  This will complement the weekly blog already being written by Hillsides chief executive officer, Joseph M. Costa. The wellness blog entries will be penned by Hillsides staff and cover a wide range of topics, including mental well-being, fitness, and nutrition.

  (PASADENA)   Hillsides has launched a campaign through the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo to raise $5,000 to furnish the charity’s recreation center with sports and entertainment equipment.  The campaign, “Recovery through Recreation,” aims to provide a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children and youth of Hillsides in the Residential Treatment Services program.
